During our stay, we explored some of the local attractions, including the Giraffe Centre—where you can feed giraffes up close—and the Sheldrick Wildlife Trust, home to rescued baby elephants. These experiences add something truly special to the journey.

We also made use of trusted transport options, including hotel-arranged drivers and taxis, which made getting around easy and comfortable. Personally, I even enjoyed morning runs in a nearby park—an experience made memorable by the sight of marabou storks!

We stayed at the Nairobi Fairview Hotel, which I would highly recommend. It truly felt like an oasis in the city.

Located in the business district, the hotel offers a safe and welcoming environment, with multiple dining options, a beautiful pool, a gym, and tranquil spaces to relax. The gardens and interiors are beautifully maintained, with thoughtful details that make it feel like a home away from home.

For donors staying over an extended period, this kind of comfort is incredibly important. The hotel also offers reliable transport services, including airport transfers, which made our logistics seamless.
